As the COVID-19 outbreak profoundly altered all our lives, causing dramatic suffering to humankind, Modern Group made tremendous contributions to the collective effort against the pandemic in numerous ways as listed below:
• Distributed daily 1,000 packets of food for 3 months to the downtrodden during the curfew period.
• Distributed Masks to those who couldn’t afford or weren’t learned enough to understand the importance. Besides, educated them regarding the same.
• Created a 50 bed AC Covid Center in Company premises and provided free-of-cost stay and food to attendants and doctors and medicines to patients.
• Provided TV for entertainment organized Ayurvedic Doctor Therapy and Bhajan Sandhya in campus Lawn.
The arrangements instituted by the Group not only assisted in the treatment of over 500 Coronavirus-positive patients but also filled in the safety gaps while providing locals with an open civic space equipped with essential services wherein, they could be nurtured.
